About the role:
We are looking for a result-driven Marketing & SEO Executive having strong fundamental knowledge about Marketing and SEO techniques, content strategy, and a commitment to constantly improving key skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the industry and target audience.
- Analyze search trends and user behavior to uncover new keyword opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to improve keyword relevance and user experience.
- Ensure that web pages are technically optimized for search engines, including improving page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and user intent.
- Implement best practices for content optimization, including keyword usage, semantic relevance, and readability.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks from relevant websites.
- Monitor and manage the company's backlink profile to ensure a healthy and natural link profile.
- Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve website issues that could impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
- Prepare regular reports on key SEO performance indicators, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO algorithms, search engine guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Implement changes and adjustments to SEO strategies to align with evolving search engine trends.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO Algorithms and how search engines rank website.
- Basic understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and other popular SEO Tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
