We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Person to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and hands-on experience in product selling. You will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, promoting our products/services, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in sales or product selling
• Hands-on experience with product sales or customer dealing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
• Ability to follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products and services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic sales and customer records
• Learn and use modern sales tools and techniques
